Current Offers:

• You will get up to 10% cash back on Wallet Recharge, which will be added to your wallet.
• You will get up to 10% cash back on the order amount, which will be added to your wallet.
• You will get up to 5% promotional cash back on orders placed by persons sponsored by you, which will be added to your wallet.
• Amount in the wallet cannot be withdrawn. You can make payments through the wallet for placing orders.

Orders and Specifications:

• All orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance by ABPCL.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
  • Product availability
  • Errors in the description or prices of products
  • Errors in your order
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Approval:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order before placing it.
• After confirmation and approval of the order by us, the order will be sent for delivery.

Payment:

• Payment must be made through the wallet system. You need to recharge your wallet before placing an order.
• The order amount will be deducted from the wallet.
• We accept payment via debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, etc.

Delivery:

• Delivery charges are free of cost.
• We ship products in Lucknow only.
• All orders are shipped from our location in Lucknow.
• Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of purchase. We will notify you with the tracking details once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be replaced. Please notify us by email at abpclbbk2016@gmail.com and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of the defect or damage.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow Court Jurisdiction.

• Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes.
